Description
In contrast to camels, dromedaries only have one hump. They live in the hot deserts of Africa and Asia, where they mainly feed on dry grass and thorn plants. The fat of their food is stored in the hump, which provides them with nutrients for several weeks. They can go without food for a long time.
- The detailed design and the careful, manual painting of the Schleich figures please both big and small animal lovers. Schleich attaches great importance to educationally valuable games, where creative children can always play out new stories about the fascinating world of animals.
